Previously United States President Donald Trump threatened Green Land that either they sell the place to US or they will take it by force. United States needed Green Land to secure their interests and for mineral wealth.
There is text on papers yet or at least nothing is disclosed. Trump said that this deal didn’t cost US anything and the deal gives them ability to do what ever is necessary for the security of Green Land.
One thing that came out of the deal is that non nato countries can not make any investments that create threats for United States. One more thing that may favor US is that even if Green land becomes an independent country the deal will still be valid.
