Authorities closed main road including Motorways and GT road that leads to Islamabad. Containers filled with sand and mud are being placed on roads and bridges to close the ways and junctions that connect Islamabad to other cities.
Today Hazara motorway and M1 both were sealed off both ways. Authorities says the action of closing roads is being taken due to security reasons. Rangers also been deployed in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for law and order purposes.
PTI planning on starting protest and Long March from different areas on 27th September 2026. Police and other security agencies are preparing them selves to stop them from entering Islamabad.
