In Saudi southern region Houthi’s attacked oil facilities and huge fire erupted. Fire leaves 70 plus people injured according to early reports on Tuesday 8th September.
These fresh attacks happened weeks after the severe clashes between Houthi’s and Saudi backed government forces in Yemen. Saudi backed forces are claiming that they have gained territorial hold in provinces such as Beydah and Hodeida.
These fresh attacks are seen as “Serious Escalation” from Al-Maliki and he promised a retaliation. Energy Ministry said fire fighters are fighting the fires on Tuesday morning.
Houthi’s also attacked in read sea on Saudi oil facilities and oil tankers. These new attacks happened hours after Houthi’s blamed Saudi Arabia for an air strike that happened in Yemen’s province of Jawf.
