National Bank of Pakistan is the largest bank in Pakistan. It’s well established Government bank with branches in all over the country. They are always dedicated to contribute significantly towards countries economy.

National bank is looking for an educated, talented, dedicated and well experienced Group Chief Inclusive Development Group (SEVP) professional(s) in the area of Inclusive Development. Maximum age limit is 57 for the candidate and will directly report to President.

Education Required:

Minimum of Bachelors degree from local or International University in Business Administration, Finance, Managemnet, economics or related discipline.

Candidates has a Master Degree or Certificates in Development Finance, Inclusive Finacne, Sustainable Finance, Agriculture Finance, SME or related fields will be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 18 years of experience required, out of which 12 years of experience must be in Banking sector or Financial Sector. Out of these 12 years candidate must also have

• 8 years of experience as Head of SME or Agri or Commerical Business.
• If candidate does not have above mentioned experience then 05 years of experience as a Head of Retail Banking is needed
• Above mentioned experience is the minimum requirement for the candidate. Preference will be given to those who has following experience
• Experience in managing diversified banking portfolios, including SME, agriculture, commercial landing and overseeing multi divisional banking operations and has worked closely on board committees on strategic planning and governance.
• Proven leadership in developing and implementing sustainability, green finance, financial inclusion and development finance initiatives.

Other Qualities required:

Driving institutional performance with strong leadership skills along with people management skills and strategic decision making skills with the ability to lead multi-divisional teams.

• Strong understanding of agriculture, SME, Microfinance and inclusive development banking
• Excellent management skills with strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with external institutions and boards
• Highly capable in managing risk with strong governance mindset and analytical mindset. Candidate must also be well competent to deliver results in complex environment.

Responsibilities of the Job:

• To lead the Pakistan Government initiative in SME, agriculture and other programme
• Support in implementing Green banking, sustainable finance strategy and bank strategic objectives
• Support in implementing initiatives like renewable energy, climate smart agriculture and more
• To represent Inclusive Development Group in board inclusive development committee
• Monitor growth in Agriculture, SME and commercial financing as per annual targets
• Implement targets to achieve group wide objectives
• Oversee the preparation of group budgets and business plans

Important Information:

Only short listed candidates that meet basic criteria will be asked to appear in interview. It’s a 3 years contractual base job, contract may be renewed upon management discretion. Other privileges and compensation package will be offered according to bank rules. Compensations are negotiable according to the qualification and experience of the candidate.
