The Murree district administration organized a dignified event on September 6 to honor the martyrs of the 1965 war. The rally aimed to express solidarity with the Pakistan Army and remember the unforgettable sacrifices made by those who died in service.
Assistant Commissioner Captain Arshad Iqbal and DSP Murree led the procession. Participants included officers from various government departments, traders association leaders, civil society representatives, and many local residents.
Attendees carried national flags and banners showing love for Pakistan and respect for the fallen. They also offered prayers for the security and stability of the country while reaffirming their commitment to support the armed forces in safeguarding sovereignty.
