Hamza Fayyaz scored in the second and 51st minutes, Nadeem Khan converted a penalty corner in the 18th minute, and Abdul Sami added a goal in the 35th minute to give Pakistan a commanding lead. China responded with goals from Wang Yubo in the 26th minute and Ao Dongzi in the 54th minute, but Pakistan’s disciplined defending and attacking play kept the hosts at bay throughout the contest. The victory provides momentum for Pakistan’s junior side as the tournament continues.
