Both sides acquiescing each other for this incident. Back in 1991 both countries signed a pact to report in advance to each other before any military exercises.

Indians are accusing Pakistan Navy that their ship came really close and with fast speed and dangerous manures while Pakistan is Accusing Indian Navy in similar words.
