French Higher Education is offering scholarships for Master’s and Ph.D. degree programs. These scholarships are fully funded therefore no need to worry about the tuition and travel expenses. Additionally, the application process is managed by Campus France on behalf of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The duration of the award is based on the degree program and its completion time mostly ranging from 24 months to 36 months. Benefits of Eiffel Excellence Scholarship 2027
All selected candidates will have the following benefits, such as;
- Master’s degree students will receive monthly allowance of up to €1,200 per month
- Doctoral degree students will receive monthly allowance of up to €2,000 per month
- One round-trip ticket to and from your home country at the start and end of the program.
- National train travel within France.
- Local health insurance/social security coverage.
- Assistance with finding accommodation.
- Cultural activities.
- All students receiving the scholarship are exempted of the national tuition fees as per the rules of public higher education of France.

Eligibility Criteria
- All international student are eligible to apply.
- You must age between 29 to 35 years.
- You must not be already studying and living in France.
- You are not allowed to combine Eiffel Excellence Scholarship with any other French government scholarship.

How to Apply?
All interested students can apply by following the given steps;
- Find Master’s or Ph.D. degree program within the 7 eligible fields (mentioned above) across any participating French universities.
- Contact the university program coordinator to express your interest in being nominated for the Eiffel Scholarship.
- Submit your regular admission application to the university.
- Universities have internal deadlines, often landing between October and November so make sure you apply accordingly.
- Once you are nominated by the University, your application and documents will be submitted to Campus France on your behalf.
