ADB young Professionals Program is a fixed three year term appointment. All selected applicants will start with an initial placement in an operations or operations support role in the ADB headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

Who can apply
- It is open to nationals of ADB member countries.
- Candidates must have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Environment, Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or any relevant field.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Such as experience in areas including climate change, economics, finance, education, energy, environment, public health, transport, urban planning, agriculture, and more.
- Candidates with international experience related to ADB operations may have an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Candidates must be 32 years old or younger upon joining ADB.
- Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree.
