Germany issues Pakistani visitors a Schengen Type C short-stay visa, good for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. The consular fee is 90 euros, and VFS Global charges its own service fee on top.
VFS Global is Germany's visa application partner in Pakistan. You apply through them and they pass the file on to the German Consulate. Standard processing is 15 calendar days, but further checks can stretch that to 30 to 60 days.
