There are two salary levels for the security guard posts, with the monthly package shown as either BHD 92 or BHD 110, depending on the specific assignment. Job Description

The security guard will be responsible for maintaining the safety and order of the assigned site. The work will be practical and duty-based, with a focus on site control, observation, and reporting.

Expected responsibilities include:

• Monitoring entry and exit points at the assigned location
• Checking visitors, personnel, and vehicles according to site instructions
• Maintaining a record of movements and incidents as required
• Following the client’s site rules and security procedures
• Reporting any incident, damage, or suspicious activity immediately
• 12 hours duty time per day

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should generally meet the following:

• Suitable for physical security duty
• Matric qualification is required
• Willing to serve the 2 years contract period
• You must be able to work 12 hours duty
• The final eligibility decision will depend on the client’s verification and the candidate’s suitability for the duty.
